Registration

Payment is to be made onsite at the registration desk only by credit card.

* 1 Day Symposium :

– 100,000 KRW ( 90 USD) per person for students

– 150,000 KRW (135 USD) per person for non-students

* 4 Days Hackathon + Symposium :

– 800,000 KRW (720 USD)

The registration fee covers all expenses needed for :

(1) participating in the Symposium and/or Hackathon,

(2) 4 nights of accommodation at the HOTEL BÂREVE,

– check-in on August 24^th / check-out on August 28^th

– one room will be assigned for two participants to share

– accommodation for more than 4 nights can be arranged upon request (surcharge applies)

– single occupancy rooms are also available upon request (surcharge applies)

(3) two dinner meals for the Reception on August 24^th and the Banquet on August 26^th,

(4) as well as breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks that will be provided everyday throughout the week.
